We provide a single source for geotechnical, civil, and structural engineering expertise, as well as materials testing, architectural design, environmental services, and construction oversight. We also consult for civil engineering, architectural, traffic, and environmental firms, to provide their clients with our specialized expertise in areas such as geotechnical investigations and Best Management Practices (BMP) testing. All of the design, analysis, and testing work performed by Airitan Management Engineering Services is personally directed by the President and CEO, Kelvin Zou. With over 10 years of experience as a consulting engineer and municipal engineer, Kelvin Zou provides a hands-on approach and is always available to you.
