Airitan Management Engineering Services was incorporated by Kelvin Zou. as a one-person operation in January 2003. Since launching as a full-time business in May 2004, AIRITAN MANAGEMENT now has eight full-time and five part-time employees providing our full range of services in a cost-effective manner. And we are still growing!

Kelvin Zou has over ten years of experience as a consulting engineer and municipal engineer. He has played the development game from both sides of the table and he knows how to move your project from the sketch plan stage to permit approvals and through construction.
